Trunk-or-Treating!
This past Friday night, WE all had our first experience with what is called, Trunk-OR-Treating. It was great, and such an awesome idea. We went to the church for a Chili Cookoff and some treats, and then we all went to the parking lot, lined up our cars, and trick-or-treated at eachothers trunks. Some trunks were decorated, some weren't I think I was the only person who didn't get the memo on having a mini-van (haha). Then after 20 minutes of that and running out of candy it was all over. It was the best time we as a family have had in a while. I loved dressing the kids up and seeing them so happy. Reaganne was a beautiful princess, and Buddy was a fireman, Baby James was a Tiger! The kids and I had an awesome day together, Friday's are my FAVORITE day, because I choose not to do Reports, because I have an extra day with the weekend to work, so I get to spend the whole day focused on the kids. SO, we went to run errands, and then met Claire at McDonalds to eat lunch and show off our new babies and catch up. It was great to see them all and meet Tanner. Claire and I had so much to catch up on and were so happy to have an adult conversation. Hannah, Lindsay,Reaganne, and Taylor REALLY missed eachother, they all gave hugs and went off to Play, except my shy Taylor, he stuck to mommy like glue and it was crowded. He ate all his food and entertained Claire with scooping the ketchup and barbeque sauce up with his hands and eating it. It was gross, but entertaining to say the least! I forgot to take pictures! Then afterwards, we trucked over to Walmart to pick up some stuff for the day and evening. We got stuff to make cookies to bring and then we went home and baked all together. I such good helpers! I was too busy controlling the situation, I forgot to take pictures, again! Then we got ready for the Party! So, I have to say that Reaganne brought a tear to my eye, because she was so excited about her outfit and she looked so beautiful, and she brought back memories of all my dance recitals that I was in around her age, so I am ready to put her in Dance classes (if she is interested) in January. She has said she is interested, so I will have to find somewhere reasonable to put her in. I will have to find a picture of me and show you all how much she looks like me (she just has lighter hair)! I was wearing a red/white pokadot tootoo, and my hair was in a bun too!
