Book Character Parade

This was Reaganne's third parade and Taylor's first. Reaganne picked Fancy Nancy, which is a cute character from her favorite books. Taylor LOVES "Cat in the Hat" and didn't think twice about wanting to be the Cat in the Hat. I had fun making and putting together their costumes.
