Pajama Day for James
James had his first Pajama Day at school. James is very particular about what goes on his body, and he HATES long sleeves, any kind of pants, socks and shoes, tags, and tight restrictive clothing such as footed pajamas. However, he has learned that he HAS no choice but to wear some of the above mentioned items outside the house depending on the weather. He will not even be two seconds in the door, before ripping it all off and changing into his shorts and t-shirts. We have to layout two outfits each morning, his 'out of the house clothes' and his 'in the house clothes' for him to be happy to get dressed every morning. So, for him to be wearing his PJ's (that I cut the feet out) to go to school was a big success. I was so happy to see him participate. When he got home, he even was able to tell me another little friends name was wearing PJ's too. He NEVER has mentioned a friend at school by name, so that was cool. ;)
