Two weeks more...

We only have two weeks until school starts, it is like it started for us today though. Reaganne started her two week long all day Summer Camp, which takes us right up to School. She is very excited. They get to go on field trips, swim, bounce houses, games, etc. She is also very excited about her 6th birthday coming next week. Can't believe she is going to be 6! She has already gotten to celebrate her B'day a little with family and friends. Last week she went on a fun outing with our friend Emmi. She took her to make a Mosaic craft, Reaganne picked a bird house. She did a great job on it. Then Emmi took her to McDonald's and to pick out a Beta fish. They had a great 'girls day out'! The Merrell's gave Reaganne some awesome clothes for school. She had tried them on so many times, and even hung them up in her closet herself. She is so excited about them. Thank you Aunt Carolyn for all the awesome clothes. We are already putting them to good use! She is wearing her Mermaid shirt and shorts to the first day of Camp today! She says, "Mommy, don't I look so cute?" She is very happy, and so is Mommy. We have received some cute, cute, cute hand me downs from Aunt Melissa as well to help get Rea started with school. Just a few more things to get and we are done.
Taylor is excited to be King of the Castle again. He is making a list of things we can do while Rea is at camp. He is getting excited about going to Pre-School. He is more excited, I think, about getting a transformer backpack though. I found two cute and reasonable priced backpacks on Amazon to order the kids. Taylor is enjoying playing Lego Batman on the Wii that he borrowed from his cousins. He is enjoying learning his lessons on Sunday in Primary and then teaching all of us on Monday nights for Family Home Evening.
James is going to the playcenter at the gym for over an hour and loving it. He knows all his Primary songs for Nursery, and loves when you sing and dance with him. He is getting so big. I can't believe he will be two in less than a month. He doesn't look two to me, but I am still wishing him to be my baby!!! The last is always the hardest to hold onto. ;) He has been healthy and happy lately. So that is a blessing. I am not ready for Fall or Winer. I know the colds, allergies, ect are going to start back. I enjoyed the healthy break while we had it.
Randy and I both gave Talks at the new Ward, both went well. We are really enjoying our new callings. He is the Asst. Scout Master and I teach Valiant 9. Randy has been staying in the Nursery with James, but they are bonding really well. James will be ready to be by himself in a couple more weeks I think. It is a hard time for him, because it is nap time. He is extra tired and cranky if you leave him. ;( Randy goes on another Campout this weekend and is looking forward to that. I am ready for the new schedules to begin this week with getting up early, and everyone going to bed early. Work has been incredible slow for the last month. It has made for a crappy paycheck and too tight of a budget. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel, there has to be right? Hopefully, the work load will pick up again soon! I am hoping to start volunteering at the Hospital in the next couple of weeks, I have to go in for Orientation for the Child Life ICU unit first.
That is about it for now! ;)
